Fees:
Lawyer Services are generally charged at $200 per hour. We discount fees if you are referred through one of the following legal insurance programs: Consolidated Legal (CLC); PrePaid Legal (PPL) or if you are referred through the WSBA Moderate Means Program.
Mediation is charged on a sliding fee scale from $40 to $150 per hour. Co-mediators are available.
Collaborative Legal Services are charged at $150 per hour.
Collaborative Facilitation Services are charged at $130 per hour, split between the parties.
Business Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
